I chose this Design because new Zealand has lots of ferns and also i chose the colour because the new Zealand flag had these colour and also i chose the symbol because there's a netball ball team called the sliver fern's . so i hope you enjoy my flag.

I enjoyed looking at your flag with your commentary about the symbol representing ferns - or the Silver Ferns, if I should refer to your description. With the colours of the flag, just one question - any room for white? I feel like it could replace that light shade of blue, just so it does fit in with the idea of this flag having the same colours as the original NZ flag.
But, other than that, great job! Keep up the good work.
